secondhand smoke while pregnant

I don't smoke, neither does my boyfriend. But I've been staying with my cousin and she smokes, so does my sister who is also staying here. My mom, grandfather, brother and everyone else is my family smokes too. I was wondering the harm it could have on my baby? I'm 23 weeks today.

Second hand smoke is just as bad for you as smoking a cigarette.. It's unfortunate because you're not the one making the unhealthy decision but just try and stay away from it and I'd keep the window in the room you're staying in constantly open.

It isn't good for you or baby, second hand smoke is carcinogenic. I also have a lot of smokers in my family and it can be tough. Ask if they might smoke outside while you are staying there, and try to keep upwind of them and your room aired out.
