sensitive teeth

Hi everyone, feels good to be home! Just got discharged from the hospital. I noticed that my gums are a but sensitive. my gums are a lil bit peeled in one spot its just a tiny dot as if I scraped or brushed too hard. Any  suggestions? What can I do to strengthen my teeth & gums?

Ok thank you ill def. Do the water salt gargle first until I can get to the store tomorrow.

Pronamel (sp) really helps with the teeth...gums I don't really know...try getting a soft toothbrush and see if that helps....or crest makes a toothpaste for your gums...I forgot what its called lol

make sure your using a soft tooth brush, and also floss, you can also gargle some warm water and salt as well, dont use the commercial gargles and they're too harsh :)
