shaky and light headed
39 weeks I've had a headache most of the day today but just recently i started feeling shaky and light headed outta nowhere .had anyone experience it and im also very cold
I have hypoglycemia this happens to me quite often to eat a protein and then a dairy The protein should help and then the dairy will stabilize
Drink a bottle of water and lay on your left side, this happens to me and even though I do drink plenty of water somehow I still end up being dehydrated..good luck :)
