should she feel any thing?

Went to the clinic for the first time and am 9weeks pregnent, during the examination the nurse was feeling my lower belly touching and pressing it but she did not feel anything there to indicate that there is baby inside me, she then took another pregnancy test and it was positive. Should I be worried that maybe there is no baby there at all?

I agree. Normally the uterus hasn't grown enough to be felt till about 12 weeks for a first pregnancy. You need another ultrasound.

Then your doctor should be doing another ultrasound to confirm that there is a baby.

An ultrasound would be more accurate.
