Do anyone else have this nerve problem im currently 37 weeks , this pain run dwn from my back all the way through my right leg , I dnt take pain killers but any home remedies or advice to ease pain

I have had sciatic issues even before pregnancy and now I am 26 weeks and its terrible... I bought a birthing ball and bouncing on it actually really helps my back feel better

I also have this and im only 18:(  I have the best chiropractor ever!! He  saves tons of money by telling you home ways of helping the pain instead of saying surgery this and that ... but he tells me put an ice pack wherever it's hurting for 30 minutes and then switch to a heating pad 30 min .   The ice helps the swelling go down and the heat will relax it !!
