But im not having contractions that i can notice? Like i have the pain/pressure really low is that contractions? My braxton hocks usually feel higher

31 weeks tomorrow. Ive been having this pressure/pain really low in my belly since this morning. Ive been cramping for weeks, and i had an extreme amount of discharge with shome spotting in it but ive been spotting on and off the whole pregnancy. And back pain has been constant and only getting worse

How far along are you?  

Lower back in pain,  abnormal pelvic pressure,  contractions,  mild period cramps.  A few more.
