I cut back as soon as I found out. I looked at my last pack, which happened to be full, & decided I would try to quit. I didn't want to just stop all at once, so I cut it down to one cigarette every hour for that first day. by the time morning came, I honestly just didnt want to smoke...the desire to was gone. I have been smoke free for two weeks now, & I'm happy to report that I was around my parents all day today (both heavy smokers) and never even had the urge to smoke. In fact, the smell is pretty nausiating to me now!   Just try cutting back & soon the urge will disappear. Good luck, & I hope that helps.

Easiest way for me was to stop cold turkey I put my baby health in my mind u cut off so much oxygen to ur baby every time u inhale a cig. I knew the only way I was going to quit was to say I quit n actual just stop its only u that choose to nobody forces u to smoke

It took me to get pissed off to quit. I didn't stop til I was 17 weeks and now that I feel the punches and kicks at 21 weeks, its the most rewarding thing in the world ♥

Easiest way just cut cold turkey. Im telling you. Stay away from people who smoke..dont be around them chew gum..go for a run walk when you crave it to get it off your mind. Its all mentality. The first two days willl be the hardest but then after that the body doesnt crave for it .. eat lighter portions..heavy foods an greasy wont help. That for sure helped alot.

The easy way to stop smoking - by Allen Carr. Check it out. It doesn't tell you to stop cold turkey you go at your own pace. I've seen it help people who smoke two packs a day. My brother hasn't had one in a year and hasn't ever craved one since the day he quit. I hope it helps!

Sweetie only you can stop smoking. Nothing can help, food and gum are just other addictions. Next time you have a cigarette consciously think about the smell and the taste and ask yourself what enjoyment you are getting out of it. There is a book. The smoking book. Every single person I know who had read it quit. If you really want to quit you should read it. I will go look up the name. I was a casual smoker and it made me stop even that.

Honestly. I was in the same position as you. Everyone smokes around me constantly. My boyfriend even still smokes in the car. I was able to stop smoking by sleeping a lot, also don't go outside with whoever is smoking. It's such a habit to follow my mom or boyfriend outside and smoke a cigg with them, i realized I had to stop the conversation and not follow them out. Also try to wait and see how long you can go without one, don't smoke one right when you get up in the morning... See when you can make it til'. You really just gotta try.. I hope I helped
