I had a baby boy a year ago, i smoked, he is completely healthy, and im 36 weeks now with second baby, still smoking, the baby seems to be fine.. i know a woman who has 4 kids, smoked with all of them, my mom smoked with me and my sister, another woman with 2 kids, smoked without filters (she felt like she couldn't get enough of it so she was cutting filters off) and all the kids are fine

I quit cold turkey,  but I bought an e-cig to deal with overwhelming cravings.  A little nicotine is way better than the dozens of poisons you would injest with smoking.

I was a heavy smoker I quit about a week after finding out I was pregnant. It was rough trust me but I just felt so guilty smoking when I am carrying my little miracle baby inside me. I've been quit for about 3 weeks or so. I still think about smoking considering my hubby still smokes but the smell is HORRIBLE!!! But quitting wasn't a option for me because I thought I'd never have a baby and now I'm 11 weeks +2...plus my hubby would kill me if I didn't lol. Its tough but you can do it. If I can anybody can.

I smoke. I've tried to quit but nothing I do helps. So cutting back is the best thing to do.
Just saying aswell, my mum smoked on all five of us and we are all fine.

When I first found out I was pregnant, I wad on the same boat. It really helps to nor not hang around people that smoke and to keep yourself busy so you have less time to think about smoking. Yesterday was the the first cigarette I had in 2 weeks.

Just try to cut back for now, cause when it comes to cigs its hard to quit cold turkey. I don't smoke but I have plenty of family members and my husband that smokes.
