Its so annoying the main thing I can do is drink but I think imma try homemade smoothies because with whole foods I get confused I went to the store and bought ritz crackers no cheese tortillas with no ground beef lol I dont know why im like this then im not even sick I just cant eat anything then my stomach just growls and I know my baby gets hungry
Instant oatmeal, or cereal with milk, toast with butter and jelly, cheese and crackers, peanut butter and jelly, toast with butter brown sugar and cinnamon, grilled cheese, french toast, apples dipped in peanut butter, those are some of my faves!
The caramel apple dip with milk helps me get my milk for tbe day without loading up on cookies or chocolate and the peanut butter crackers help me drink water cuz they make me super thirsty
Haha that's ok. I am the same lovelylay i want one thing then can't eat it when I've got it. But im so hungry n then throw up stomach acid. The milk is a good one. Love a glass of milk.

Fruit cups, parfaits, apples with caramel dip and a huge glass of milk(thats one of my faves), I also got in a habit of eating those peanut butter cheese crackers, I didnt like them much before pregnancy. Granola bars, hanky pankys(you brown ground sausage, add a jar of cheez wiz put a spoonful on top of some jewish rye party bread and bake it at 350 about 10-15 minutes) i make that for tons of parties. Also beer cheese (i pack of sour cream one jar of cheez wiz and half a can o beer) you melt the cheese together on a stove and when it gets hot you add half te beer and cook it about 10 minutes on medium heat. That gets rid of the alcohol content. Its really great to dip giant soft pretzels in, or toasted bread. Omggg now I am hungry, good luck, hope this helped!
I gof some little chewy bars but its still not helping my taste buds I dont know what I want first its guacomole then its cookies then I want popsicles but soon as I get what I want I dont eat it this food situation is getting to,me I always feel hungry but dont feel like eating
