27wkz today and im dying of pain! My hipz click n ache all the time, my back kills, my pelvis is so painful and my legs at the top wel i fel like choping them off! Im in conesent pain! I cant pick my lads up, bend down, lay flat, sit prop. What cold this be? Im never 1 to moan bt now im not sleepin coz of it and its making me mardy. 4th pregnancy btw x

Try a pregnancy pillow, it helped me lots.  Good luck

Could be the sciatic nerve.....mine has bothered me since I was bout 18 weeks...now I'm 36 wks and its still bothering me...good luck with it..

Im also 27 weeks. And having the same problems.  i feel like im full term already.   my dr said. Yhe hips are spreading and the baby is putting pressure on my back nnerves which cause the back pain and leg cramps.  he told me to do the kegal stretches. And a heating pad
