Haha in the movie the lady says to rub it using oil. You can use olive oil then the girl makes the joke to spray Pam down there haha but no don't do that. But yes taking a little veggie or olive oil down there and massaging and stretching will help with tearing. Just Google it and it will show you how to do it.

You can use natural oils like vegetable oil or olive oil to massage on yourself down there to help it stretch better long before labor starts. Not a lot just a small amount to rub in for helo with elasticity. Pam? No. Too many extra chemicals that are not good to have blown onto the vagina.
