I will try ginger tea first before jumping on any medication. Basically anything with ginger in it will help, candy, tea, ginger ale etc...

Preggie pops are awesome, they only helped me for a about an hour but they work.
B-natal (i think thats the name) are also pretty good but again dont last very long.
My doc perscribed me zofran, which is amazing! Id take half a pill in the morning when I started feeling sick and about 20minutes later it kicked in and I didnt feel sick or anything till the next morning.
I had real bad morning sickness that lasted all day and most the night, I only threw up a handful of times but I was always feeling like I was goin to vomit. Mine didnt go away til I was almost 20 weeks.

Try preggie pops. There loli pops that help morning sickness, They sell em at babies r us and at target (I think) they helped me yesterday I tried one.  It was good too but im not sure about the other flavors lol.

if its just nausea at the mo and not sickness, try ginger tea, I only felt nauseous during the first few months and was never actually sick, but ginger tea after meals and unbeaten them worked a treat for me! :) goodluck!

If you can't get to the Dr soon enough you can but emetrol over the counter it's safe I used it along with crackers. Helped a bit if you can stomach how sweet it is. Lol

Zofran is amazing and i also wore sea bands! You can buy them at several stores but they helped me tolerate the nausea

Call and get your doctor to prescribe either zofran or phernegan
