starting to freak a little

I am starting to get a little worried. I am 24w2d and I went to the mall today and got a pedicure and I used one of those massage chairs. I've never heard anything about not using them so I thought it would be fine but then I went to target to get some new maternity clothes and went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was like a dime size glob of really snotty looking stuff. Now I'm starting to have pretty frequent sharp pains that come and go kind of like contractions but not in my whole stomach just very low in my abdomen and they feel a lot like contractions. I didn't have braxton hicks with my son so I don't know what to expect as far as that goes. Am I freaking for nothing?

If they're getting painful and even semi regular I would go in and get checked out as you dont want to go into pre-term labour

I used to give expecting mommies pedicures on the massage chairs frequently.  It's highly unlikely thats the cause. Ive heard of not stimulating certain parts of the foot. I've never had any complaints. Call your Dr & see if there's reason for concern. Keep us posted!

hmm if ur worried u should get ur self checked out.. only becuz u can have pre term labor. also when u wipe if it was really thick n mucus looking it could be the mucus plug that holds ur baby in there... so to be safe u should go get checked out.. good luck :)
