I woke today hands, feet, and lips swollen like so bad i couldn't make a fist? I'm 30 weeks today.. i woke 3 hours ago n called my doctor waiting for a call back n the swelling is just gone down enough for me to use my hands

Yes i will be seeing him n will be reporting her to my doctor. She's a really rude nurse, :)

It was nothing. they gave me fluids through I.V. and allergy tests did a bunch of other tests n sent mw home. maybe it was an allergic reaction were not sure but it hasn't happened yet

Please let your doctor know about the nurses reaction as well. I had a bad experience and spoke up. Turned out the nurse was upsetting many expecting mothers. I'll be praying for you and your bundle!!

wow!!! What a rude nurse. I would tell him that she said that to you after waiting for 3 hours to get a call back but I would go to labor and delivery just to be certain its not pre eclampsia... and skip the dr for now since they are not responding to you!!!

Well eff her. I bet if you would've said you'd stay on hold, she would've done something. I'd go to the E.R. or L&D because swelling up that bad isn't something you just wait around to figure out why.

Yes i think so as well . that's y I'm a little scared.. my mother in-law. said to call,my doctor because of that possiabilty.. I'm just a lil freaked out n after his nurses reaction a little pissed off/upset :(

I've called him back got snapped at by his nurse she said. hes busy its npt like your his only patient. he's got mpre important things to deal with.. now I'm just calling my husband @ work

Yeah call them don't be scared but isn't that a sign of toxcimia (probably misspelled) correct me please if I'm wrong I really don't remember.

Call them back. I waited 5hrs before calling mine and turns out they forgot about me
