ugh sneezing and peeing

So my hubby was sick last week and now im sick. I've been sneezing all day and she is sitting head down and now every time I sneeze I pee a little. Oh the joys of pregnancy .. glad I only have 69 days left! Anyone have any funny peeing stories?

We are told to do them in the UK from our first midwife appointment at around seven weeks. Google it and you'll find somw info. It'll help your muscles after baby too. After my first I was leaking every time I coughed and sneezed because I hadn't done the exercises x

Hm ill have to try it sometime. Luckily I haven't peed myself yet today.

Where you hold your pelvic muscles in as if you're holding in pee then relax and repeat.. Helps strengthen your pelvic floor x

I hate sneezing right out of the shower! I now where panty liners everyday. They save my life (well my underwear anyway). And what pelvic floor exercises?

Keep doing your pelvic floor exercises. I hardly did last pregnancy and, now I leak when sneezing. I'm pregnant again but making sure to do ten sets a. Dayits already improved.xx

LOL!! Last week I had a UTI and a chest infection at the same time, needless to say I lost count of the times I had to change hahahaha!! Glad the antibiotics kicked in quickly!

I only sneezed and pee right after I shower with fresh panties on. So annoying.
The other day I was standing in front of my dresser fishing for a fresh pair of undies after my shower. And of course I sneezed, so a min later I found myself on all four clean up the floor.
Anyone said Clean up at aisle 4 please. Lol.

Yes! I have a million. Lol but the lastest was my bf was playing with our kitten. He accidentally scared the poor thing and she jumped like five feet up in the air. Well I never laughed so hard in my life and I peed myself all over our couch :( .
