unable to conceive

i had to abort my 1st baby due to some reason on 5 august2007. now since last two month i am trying to concieve but without any positive result. though the abortion was under experienced doctor's supervision and i was put on anasthesia ,due u thing abortion has damaged my fertility .how long does it take for the body to function properly after abortion

2 months isnt a long time to try,for some women can take months.usually,if a couple havent concieved after a year,then doc may do tests.myself have been trying for several years.it will happen be paitent.
