unremarkable pelvic ultrasound

I recently had a pelvic ultrasound because of pelvic pain and feeling abnormal mass below navel to the right. On the left side of my ovaries were fine, uterus, and cervic was fine. I do have symptoms of pregnancy after tubaligation. Pregnancy test are negative. Ultrasound tech and report states that they can't see my right uterus in the vaginal ultrasound or transabdominally, so that's what makes it unremarkable.I often feel a mass in the area of that right ovary, which is uncomfortable all the time. I was refered to a GYN doctor. What';s going on with my body.  I have had six pregnanies all healthy. Tubes tied for eight years now. Help!!!! What's wrong with me. And what am I going to be facing.
