I'm trying for a vba3c, my doctor said I could do another csection or vbac and I'm choosing my vba3c because with my last csection I got an infection. But they all were very hard on me. Iv always wanted a vaginal birth and I never had one so that is the first reason the second reason is because of the recoveries I had were just hard on me for almost 8 weeks each one and the last one is because I got that infection.
Iv been doing lots of research and at first I was scared about uterine rupture but now I'm more comfortable with my choice with a vba3c. Although there are risks with csection and a vbac. I watched a vbac video on YouTube and I put in are vbacs safe, there was a few that were doctors and they said vbacs are actually safer than going through another csection.

Iv also been reading about the Dates you eat. And they say if you eat 6 dates a day from 36 weeks up until baby is born it would help with dilation and effacing and possibly shorten labor.
Also another thing to try when you hit 29 weeks you can drink Pregnancy Yea or red raspberry leaf tea, it helps toning the uterus and makes the contractions more effective when you do go into labor. It does not put you into labor.

I chose another csection, because honestly I would rather have a planned csection than an emergency csection after hours of labor.  I also didn't plan on any more children so I didn't think I would mind giving up the choice to ever try naturally (after 2 csections they don't really give you the option of a vbac with future pregnancies) but here I am pregnant with #3 lol. I don't mind that I will have to have another csection.  Both of mine have gone well n I have healed quickly.  Good luck with whatever you decide!
