yeah that's right around the time I had to start slowing down...I can't jog or even walk on tredmill more then 10 minutes now cause the ligament pain is so bad...I have resorted to the elliptical now for 45 mins...so much easier on your body.

I'm only 25 weeks. So far the only thing changing is I have a bad headache & i feel very tired, slight back pain, not sure if its from working out or not.

The pain could be round ligament pain, I get it alot when I exercise now and have to slow it down...I would take it east for now and if it continues call your doctor.

How far are you? You should go to the e.r. right away. With spotting it could be a lot of different things that can cause it. I wouldn't play around with any bleeding while pregnant.
