walking and dilating..
Okay so I know I'm bugging..if you saw my last post I'm trying to dilate to go into labor. How long should I walk for though? How much sex is enough sex? Can anybody help? Thanks in advance everyone!(:
How many weeks are you? If you are full term and dilated with constant contractions they'll keep you and give you medicine to keep labor going with your doctors consent. Talk to your doctor.
I've been having contractions...cervix is soft and thinned out..contractions are close and bad..my only problem is I'm not dilating..I'm only 1 and a half cm dilated :(
Yeah.... hard to say. I have been walking a mile at least twice a day and nothing. Sex twice a day sometimes even three and nothing.... your body has to be ready and want to go into labor. If not nothing will help.
Nothing you do no matter how long is enough if baby is not ready! Been walking a mile a day climbing stairs and having sex at least once a day for past 2 weeks and I didn't even dilate further from 37-38 wk appts! Have to be patient!
