walking

Hi; here is.the thing im 26 weeks and 5 days with thins (fraternal).my sister is here with her family to visit and for the past 2 days weve been walking everywhere the all day. But today i said i had to stay home. i can feel that my body doesnt follow.and i have pain (musle one i think) all around my.belly. i feel d babies but not as much. Should i worry or once i rested it will be ok?

Well my little one is 2 1/2 weeks already but wen I was preggers he wudnt move at all wen I wud walk and I asked my doctor bout it and he said it was cause wen u walk to the baby it feels like rocking side to side so u basically rock ur baby to sleep so they sleep the whole time ur walking..hope this helps u:)

I agree with hayang. :) only you are gonna know what your body can handle. if you rest you should be just fine. if it continues, contact your ob

i think your body knows how much you can handle and right now if you feel you need to rest, to listen to your body. no one knows better than you. just don't overdo it(: i know we like to try and keep up, but us preggers gotta kick back sometimes. i think if you rest and still don't feel as good as you should and babies still aren't moving as much, then maybe talk to your OB.
