Try walking. Go to the grocery store and just walk the whole place down the isles. It sounds silly but it will speed things up

Well according to a site on google if you are 4 cms that is considered established labour, i would demand to see another dr, when i go into labour the contactions are so strong every 1 min apart and i am only 2cms dilated and tgey keep me in when i get to 4 i am considered in active labour,

My contractions are in my back and abdomen the keep getting longer and stronger but are not comming in a regular pattern as for not being in the hospital I have already made 2 trips thinking it is time get there only to have the Dr send me home an hour later telling me it is false labor cause the contractions are not showing up on the monitor when they hook me up to it to monitor me it has me really aggravated this last time I went to the hospital they sent me home and told me to take benadryl to help me get some sleep cause it is false labor still
