what is bilateral minimal pelviectasis?

i am 19weeks pregnent. my scan report found bilateral minimal pelviectasis. bladder and liquor appeared normal. right renal pelvis measured 0.4cms and left renal pelvis measured 0.3 cms and estimated fetal weight according to BPD, HC,AC, FL:-224+/ -22.4gms

Its 2 months since you posted this. Hope you and your baby is doing fine. .
It is absolutely normal and nothing to worry. It is most likey that your scan was taken when Baby wanted to pass urine, thats all!

Some minor care must be given after birth if the numbers are >1 cm at the time of birth. Please note that it is not a serious condition at all. Wish you all the best!

I did some Googling, but just found a lot of confusing scientific journals.  Your best bet would be to speak with your doctor directly about this. S/he could explain it better than any of us!
