I have my next apt August 17 which puts me around 15+5
They aren't doing another us until the following month, and my husband will be deploying and I will be getting ready to move home with my parents. My husband really wants to be there to find out the sex. Should I ask to have an.ultrasound done during that appt or is it too early still

Really? I made an apt for a 3d at 15 weeks is it a waste? Also was yours a boy because I heard boys are easier to determine

I asked my doctor for an u/s at 14+5 weeks and foun out the sex on a regular 2d u/s

I'm going to.make a 3d appt for 15+6 and if they are unsure of the sex I get to go back for a rescan for free

I highly doubt the doctor would do one, but like the first poster said you can schedule a 3d somewhere else after 14w usually to find out, just wait as long as you can to schedule it, it'll be easier and more accurate!

Sometimes u can pay for an us 3d 4d to find out sex of baby just call around to imaging places an ask if they do that they can even do the 2d u/s they'll do.it for a fee.diff areas have diff pricing
