Hey ladies does nipple stimulation really work?

When your nipples are stimulated (the way athey would if you were breast feeding) it sends a message to your brain to start producing oxytocin, which is what causes your uterus to contract (when they give it to you to induce you it goes by the name pitocin). After child birth breast feeding helps you to 1) bond with baby, and 2) the continual release of oxytocin helps your uterus to contract down to normal size

it caused me really painful contractions as well but they didn't go anywhere last about an hour and that was it

Yes it causes very painful contractions i tried once and decided to stop.
