1 hour glucose test
Has anyone had any bad side effects to the 1 hour glucose test? Mine was late this afternoon and since I got home I've felt so dizzy, shaky, and sick to my stomach. Anyone else?
Hmm not sure if it was just coincidence or not but I had an aweful stomach ache this afternoon after my test was over. I wondered I'd that was what caused it. No dizziness or shakes though
My doctor didn't tell me I'd have any side effects so I don't know if this is normal or not..
It might be because its to much sugar. I know I always got a slightly sick when I drank the drink or had to much sugar. I just drink lots of water to flush it out. If anything call your Dr to see what he/she says. If it gets to bad go to the er to get checked out.
