11 week's and still pregnant, but no baby...

On Thursday my husband and I went to go and cheek for a heartbeat, because I am 11 weeks. To our surprise doctor said I was pregnant, but No Baby. He did the vagina ultrasound and nothing was found. My hormone levels are going up and I feel nauseated and breast feel tender. My doctor didn't explain much just that I need to see a ultrasound specialist on Tuesday. I am plus size and I was wondering if someone was told the same and later on did other ultrasounds and found the baby??? I have Faith in God and I pray to God that my baby is getting healthy. That day I felt my word destroyed.  My husband is being a good support and so is my familia. .. I am scared. ..

I hope you don't go through what I did.  I had a missed miscarriage, in which I had mild bleeding around week 8, and they found the empty sac at week 12.  My body apparently didn't want to believe I had lost the baby in that mild bleed, and I kept having symptoms.  They had to induce a miscarriage and give me a d&c.  Best of luck to you.

I went through that about 2 years ago.  Blighted ovum. I do hope they find your bun in the oven. Sending positive thoughts your way!

Hi.  Yes I had that experience last year.  In my case,  they called it an empty gestation sac.  The explanation I was given was it was due to a blighted ovum. The placenta was still causing a release of hcg but the progesterone had started to drop.  I finally ended up having a D&C.  Wish you well xoxo
