12.5 weeks, pinching sensation

Hi, I'm a ftm who's 12.5 weeks. For the  past few days I've been experiencing a pinching type of sensation in the vaginal area and right pelvic area. No cramping or bleeding just random pinching that last a few seconds. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this the infamous round ligament pain?

I have this too, from about 15wks, my ob sent me to a pregnancy physio who said its pelvic girdle pain. You can google exercises to do that help and also a belly brace as it gets worse as baby gets bigger.
