14wks and no appetite

Is anyone else going through this? I'm 14 weeks with my first and I'm only actually hungry about once a day. I drink plenty of water and I work out a few times a week (nothing crazy) but I'm just not hungry. I force myself to eat because I know I need to but even then I rarely finish my food. I've gained about 3-4 lbs since the start of my pregnancy depending on the day. Should I be worried?

I'm 34 weeks and been going through the same since the beginning, try eating smaller meals just more often, I find that I'm eating just because I have to not because I want to, if I do take a notion for a snack I try to make it fruit or yogurts just to keep my diet balanced

I was never super hungry with my first pregnancy or the first half of this one.
My OB said to eat when I felt hungry and just have a small snack in between meals full of protein. My OB has always been oaky with it as long as a stay healthy and had a steady weight gain.

Both my first and this pregnancy I didn't gain more than 5lb the entire first trimester.

I would say as long as that one meal is proving the recommended amount of calories you need per day while pregnant you're fine.
