Like lollipops? They are called prego or preggie pops and they sell them online at Wal-Mart other walgreens... this is my third and worst in reference to feeling nauseated. .. they helped:)

Crackers are your friend and if it's extreme you can get medicine...prescribed by your dr or probably even the health dept.

I'm 32 weeks and 1 day and I still have morning sickness. But at the beginning it was really bad.  I lost like 9 pounds and they finally gave me some medicine  for it. And I was at least 25 weeks before I could go without it. Good luck!

Im dealing with the indigestion and morning sickness. The best thing for me is eating lightly breaded toast when I first wake up. I drink ice tea as well. It seems to help me better then water or any other drinks. And gum.. chewing gum helps me through the day. Small meals too as mentioned. Best wishes!!

For me tums are my best friend but u can try crackers or eating small meals. I have horrible morning sickness and have to take meds for it but one thing I found that helps me is eating fruit grapes, apples, and watermelon don't make me sick. Also u should send me a friend request I was 16 when I had my first baby so I may be able to help u with sone questions u may have can give u answer from experience.

It's food aversion & it's normal. It goes away after your first trimester. I lived on salt & vinegar chip sandwiches not very nurture us but got me through the worse of it. Good luck...

Like mentioned above Small frequent meals is best Also lemonade helps as well. Mainly whatever you can tolerate.  Im 14w 6d and im still dealing with morning sickness.  If it gets to the point you are losing weight or get dehydrated the dr can give you zofran it does help. Least for me it helped for a few  weeks. But I am thankful im not throwing up as much as before.  I discovered bread would help me.EvEveryone is different.  Even if you dont feel like eating eat something small it doesn't have to be big meals. O also learned to stop when im satisfied don't eat til your stuffed just satisfied. I hope this helps

I had the worst morning sickness throughout my 1st and beginning of my 2nd trimester. Try crackers and ginger ale.. and a lot of fruit. Eat slow, don't go ham or you will just throw it back up. Hope this help

Try and eat little and often. As much as morning sickness is a pain in the bum its reassuring as its a sign of all the hormones rushing around to help baby grow. It does pass usually after 12wks but sometimes it sticks around. I had it the whole pregnancy with my 1st. Make sure you drink plenty as well. Good luck :-)
