I know how important diet is but I literally have no appetite. I eat one - two meals a day. I eat when I'm hungry and I try to eat healthy but I'm just not interested in food.
I didn't have this problem with my son. Is this weird?
I had the same issue to the point it was effecting my weight gain. My appetite would come and go. My doctor suggested milkshakes and I also drank ensure in between meals. Hope that helps :)
