Just found out today that I'm expecting....so my question is I had 24 hr virus last night and today can the evasive throwing up hurt my baby?

I had food poisoning about the same time. Be sure to stay hydrated and drinks lots of water.

I'm on another app called Ovia and it has a section to look up drug safety, you just type in any medication and it tells you if its safe or not for it you should consult your doctor. I wouldn't worry about the vomiting as much as I'd worry about the virus itself. Call your doctor to be sure! Good luck!

Good point I was just concerned with dry heaving. ..how bout nexiumn for heart burn know anything about that

I don't think so cuz morning sickness can cause you vomiting & evasive vomiting at that. I'm in my first trimester still & with this morning sickness I've been throwing up non stop every morning for hrs straight & the baby seems to be OK from what they can tell atleast. If your really concerned though then make an appt with your doctor asap.
