23 weeks with pelvic pressure / pain

In my last appointment I was told my placenta was covering my birth canal. It wasn't like that before . can it move again ? Also in my last visit , they gave me papers of going into preterm labor ? I've been having terrible pain and pressure for weeks but just yesterday its gotten to the point where its hard to walk. Should I contact my doctor ?

I have varicose veins in my knees terrible while pregnant and toward the middle and end of my 2nd pregnancy I had pain and pressure and was told it was basically from varicose veins around my "area"... The only relief was delivering baby... I am on my 3rd pregnancy now am 25 weeks and have not had the pain yet...fingers crossed

I was diagnosed with placenta previa around 18 weeks. You get more ultrasounds. By about 28 weeks it moved and I was in the clear. I did hurt a lot down there.. If you start bleeding go to L&D..
