24 hour urine screen

I only have slightly elevated blood pressure when I go in to see my midwife.  I take my BP regularly at home and it is always normal.  But because I'm a big girl, wanting natural delivery, and my blood pressure only spikes when I see them, they want a 24 hour urine screen.  They test your urine every visit at my midwife and I have always been negative.
Should I be nervous or concerned?

Thanks. They did ask me several times about head aches, which I have none, and plus no swelling.

My bp gets high too every time I go to the clinic for a prenatal checkup which is crazy yet my ob just told me to let her know if I will experience anything unusual which could be a sign of preecclampsia. I don't think it is a concern as long as you're not experiencing any other signs and symptoms of preecclampsia. Just continue to monitor your bp. Best of luck.
