So this is my third baby second c-section and my doctor scheduled it the day before my due date whitch i thought was weird. Wouldn't you want it a little early just incase your water breaks? And what will happen if it does the hospital is 45 minutes away from my house.

So my question is what are the chances of water breaking before my surgery? And if it does what should i expect? Please help

Mine is the week before my baby due date. If your water breaks go to labor and delivery

I don't know for sure, but I'm assuming if your water broke you would just go in and they would prep you for the c section. It's unlikely that your labor would progress quickly enough for you to not be able to make it to your hospital in time, but everyone is different. I wouldn't worry about it to much
