29w3d pain & discomfort eating

Hi all, I'm 31 years old and this is my 4th pregnancy. (All prior pregnancies went full term & were c-sections) I am overweight to begin with, but have not gained any weight, I'm actually down a few pounds. But that is not my concern.
My concern has been, as of recently, when I start eating, or even drinking sometimes; I get sudden pain & discomfort all down my thoat, into my chest & upper abdomen. I've never experienced it before, just wondering if any other mamas have or are???

Does it feel like a burning discomfort? Like acid reflex maybe?

I did it was my gallbladder ugh it hurt to eat I had to get it removed at 2nd trimester. .

I don't know if it's the same but I was commenting on this just the other day I'm on number 4 too, and when I eat it feels like its stuck half way down and when I drink it doesn't move it seems to make it worse there's pain too. Usually if I'm sick it feels better but I've never had this sensation in any if my pregnancy' s.
