30 weeks and decreased movement?

So I'm 30 weeks pregnant and it seems like each week my baby boy seems to move less.
I'm trying to think positive and just tell myself its probably because he's getting too big and doesn't have enough space to move around.
Do you ladies think it's normal?
I have my follow up tomorrow morning, so I'll let my ob know that his movements have decreased.. just hoping everything is okay.

Okay thanks. I haven't been counting his kicks or movements, so I'm going to do that right now.

Always call your doctor right away if you're concerned but its totally normal. He's getting cramped in there and you may feel him less. If you're worried try drinking something cold or sugary and laying on your left side. If you feel him move 10 times in 2 hours he's fine! If not contact your doctor. Try not to stress though he is more than likely just getting cramped in there.
