I am just feeling horrible today. Every little thing someone does/says make me want to rip their head off. Including my husband. I just wanna cry... am I just crazy?

Its been almost a year since I lost my dad in a fertilizer plant explosion and its starting to hitme that my baby girl won't know her grandpa. Just been very stressed out otherwise.
Same here...im going through a bunch right now with my boyfriend....and its really stressing me out and depressing me... :'(
