Sex. His semen has a hormone in that stimulates the cervix.
If your body isn't natural dilating any natural methods probably won't do anything. I was dilated to 2 amd 85% effaced and I tried everything to get my baby girl out. Castor oil. Pumping. Nipple stimulation. Pineapple juice. Walking. Squats. Orange juice and milk. Membrane sweep. Nothing did anything. I just tired myself out. I wish I would've just rested and taken it easy. I had to be induced at 41 weeks
