7wks No symptoms with cramps

This is my first pregnancy. I'm extremely nervous about everything. I'm 7wks, the only symptom I have is sore breasts, I'm not showing, and I'm having mild speratic cramps. Is this a bad sign? Could I have miscarried but the baby didn't pass? I don't feel pregnant and I'm freaking out.

I am 12 weeks now with my second child. With the first one i had no symptoms, just missed period -I agree with kristygg, everyone is different.
With this pregnancy I also had cramping around 6/7 weeks and my Dr said it's due to hormones causing muscles to relax and stretch.  Same thing has now caused me to have coxis pain, almost like there is a pinched nerve, but worse. Good luck and enjoy the rest of this wonderful journey!

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I haven't had a child in 17 years.  I have been suffering from severe cramps for the past two weeks.  My OB told me yesterday that it is very normal.  If you are concerned go to your Dr. & get bloodwork.  Possibly, your progesterone levels could be low.

Don't freak out some lucky people just don't get all the uncomfortable signs of pregnancy... I had no symptoms other than smell of dog food made me sick to my stomach (I couldn't feed my dogs with my first either so I knew right away) and then got to thinking I didn't remember when I had my last cycle

I didn't find out I was pregnant till I was 10 weeks. I wasn't showing or anything, the only symptom I had was that my period was late. Lol. I wouldn't worry about the cramps, unless they're unbearable I wouldnt be worried.

At 7 weeks you wouldn't be showing and unless you are one of the unlucky with morning sickness there is not much else that happens.  I never show before 19 weeks.  Everyone is different tho on when they show but 7 weeks would be way early to show.  You should have your first appt between 8-11 weeks...I know it feels like forever but try to just relax and enjoy.
