I'm 3 weeks pregnant my hcg levels was 179 two days later hcg levels at 541! I wonder if I'm having twins or is that normal for 3 weeks!?

Not necessarily. Higher numbers don't always mean twins. Some just produce more amounts of the pregnancy hormone than others.

My hcg has always run high enough for "twins" as far as normal for week by week with twins and I've had 3 single babies so far.
