Abdominal pressure

I am about 25 weeks and for the last, I'd say, about 6 hours I've been getting a pressure in my lower abdomen closer to my pelvic area. At times it can be painful but the pain comes and goes. The pressure, however, has been there the entire time. It has just become very uncomfortable and nothing I do seems to help relieve it. This is my third pregnancy and I never experienced anything like this with either of my other two children. I don't know whether I should bring this to the attention of my doctor or wait and see how it turns out.

Sounds like round ligament pain, I get them when I haven't been drinking enough water, but always go with your instincts if you think it could be serious its better to call your Dr. And be wrong then to not call and something happen to your baby good luck hope you feel better
