Aching Bones

Hello everyone. I'm 34 weeks and my buddy is so sore and aching. It feels like I have the flu without all the other symptoms. I was wondering if this was normal.

Yep, my bones have been killing me to. Make sure your prenatal vitamins have calcium and try up upping your calcium intake from food it should help. They baby is going to steal you calcium from your bones if there isn't enough in your diet. Baby will take what it needs and will be fine however your body won't!
