Adult Pregnancy Acne

I'm 25 this is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm 9weeks this year I've struggled with acne off and on this year but now it's even worse and I know I'm limited on what I can use anyone else have this problem and any suggestions?

I have some pimples here and there as well and I am using benzoyl proxide to treat the pimples. I asked my ob about it and she said it's okay and it works for me.

Usually breast milk helps but u probably won't get that till after the bb is here.

I Have been putting a drop of teatree oil in my face lotion at night seems to be helping
