Am i miscarrying?

I will be 7 weeks on Monday. I wiped last week and saw a spot of blood, then a day or two later I wiped and saw brownish pinkish blood but that was it. I've been cramping this whole pregnancy in my uterus and back but no nausea which is unusual for me. I kept feeling something is just different with this pregnancy. So Friday I went to the bathroom and there was brown liquid on my underwear with two small dark red clots. I went to the bathroom again and passed two more small dark clots. I went to tube hosoutal and my stomach felt full. The couldn't see with a tummy ultrasound and did the vaginal. My level was 650 all they could see was a sac they could hardly see anything so I was discharged with a threatened miscarriage.

Saturday I was in so much pain and in bedrest. I went to the bathroom and passed pink tissue and a dark red clot. I went again and tube same thing. I was bledfing bright red blood since Friday but not enough to soak a pad. After the tissue passing on Saturday I've been off an on excruciating pain, tylenol hardly helps unless I double up. Pain is like an 8 on a scale of 1-10. Still bleeding today but no more tissue.

Yesterday it felt like something was trying to drop but I feel a little lighter today. My breast aren't as tender but aereolas still are dark with bumps and i still have my tummy line. Im going to see my midwife ASAP but this is nerve wrecking.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I had two miscarriages in 2014 and it is miserable and so difficult to deal with. It does sounds similar to my miscarriages but it ***** because it is difficult to get a clear answer. I didn't get any clear answers until I already knew I was losing my pregnancies. I will be praying for you. Stay strong.

So sorry but it sounds like my second miscarriage. I've had 3 and im on my 4th pregnancy in a year, I've had cramping and spotting since last week and have a scan tomorrow to see if I've miscarried this one too.
It's such a horrible experience. Are they going to scan you again?
Take care of yourself x

I am miserable, I can't even imagine how you feel. Yes I had to settle for my old obgyn as I had issues seeing my midwife soon enough. The obgyn is sending me to the Er.  I am just waiting on my sister to get home. My cervix was closed but I'm still bleeding. This is agonizing because nobody can say yes you are or no you aren't :(. I just want to know.

I am sorry for everything you have gone through as well :(. I know you have to be strong.
Oh huni, It doesn't get any easier no matter how many times you go through it, but you learn to deal with it differently. The first one blindsides you, not only is it hard physically but emotionally too.
Take all the time you need to heal, then when your ready to talk about trying again just relax and let it happen.
Just remember that this is in no way your fault, nothing you did or could have done would have changed the outcome. Learning to not blame myself was the hardest part but you will get through this. Please be kind to yourself xx
