No with all of mine (3) I didn't feel them move that early.  Baby is very, very, very , very  small.  I would think it's just gas

But congratulations!!

I was told that there was no way you can feel the baby move at this point because, while it is moving a lot, they are unable to touch the uterine wall. It is probably gas or muscle contractions for expanding your uterus.

I'm 33 weeks 4 days with baby #3. I felt all my babies move early. Earliest was at 12 weeks, latest was at 14 weeks. Think it's more gas or bloating for you though than baby right now.
