Any healthy, but good tasting foods.?

I feel like i need to eat healthier, but i've always been a picky eater, and pregnancy doesn't help... Does anyone know any good, healthy foods.? I'm allergic to most fruits so that's out...

If you are ok with vegetables then fried vegetables with noodles are great. Peppers stuffed with meat and rice. Most of the time in this preagnancy i have been cooking meet with vegetables like mushrooms, beens, baby corn.... in the cream fresh with a bit of stock.

i like having fresh foods around. we just made butter and i used the buttermilk to make low fat bran muffins. you can find recipes that substitute oil out for apple sauce. i like the chewy factor the apple sauce brings to the muffins. and they're bran so they are very good for you and your potty habits. ; )
