Anyone drink while breastfeeding?

I enjoy wine and have been looking forward to not being pregnant for many reasons but especially so indulging can have a glass or two. I plan to breast feed my baby and want to know how long do you have to wait after having alcohol to breastfeed? I've heard pump and dump but I've recently heard you can wait until you don't feel tipsy and number and the breast milk will be free of alcohol. I guess as your body is able to metabolize the alcohol from your blood it does the same with the milk? Anyone use the breast milk test strips?

I've read that if you drink one glass during a breastfeeding session, by the time baby wants to eat again it should be mostly out of your system. Talk to your doctor though.

I always pumped and dumped but I'll get better informed by the dr to see if I can have a beer or two.

I have never used the strips but have. Also read that as soon as you no longer tipsy its fine. I personally would get the strips to be safe
