Gas cramps
I'm in my first trimester and I get gas cramps or cramps when I have to "eliminate." Is this a common issuse or am I the only one. I'm trying to figure out if I evem need to tell my doc.
I am 11 weeks at the moment and was getting really bad trapped wind pains too, so your not alone. Sometimes it would last a couple of hours. Usually when I lay down on my side it helped.

Okay. Mine doesn't last too long. 10 minutes max but it was concerning me.
