At the time of pregnancy, a woman used to face much trouble for example backaches while sitting for too long at a desk, seizing calf cramps during night, weird pains and as you said round ligament pain. To get out of your pain, you can use full body pillow that will provide you much more benefits that fluffy pillow.

Warm baths/showers but try not to have l baths as getting out can make it feel worse, make sure you turn with your whole body not your hips, sit with pillows proper around you and pillows in bed, I slept with one between my legs, one behind me and one in the front haha my parter used to wake up with no pillows :) support bands during the day, sit level without tipping your hips etc... I suffer with bad hip pain while pregnant so I've had lots of experience. Hope you feel better, with my last pregnancy I was in agony  so I know how it feels x

I experience the same thing and if you can tolerate it a support band (belly band) helps a lot! Also warm baths no longer than 20 minutes, a heating pad, I put mine on medium heat, Tylenol and sleeping with a pillow between your legs every night and sometimes one angled under your belly and hips or behind your back helps. Good luck

Poor thing...I feel your pain.  I found letting warm water from the shower run on my tummy helped.  Otherwise a warm Epsom salt bath.  At night I use a heating pad on a very very low setting and that helps.? The other thing is to keep the muscles in the pelvic area loose by stretching.  I hope some of this helps a little.
